The location is very important when you select a rental property for the first time. Make sure you choose a safe and welcoming neighborhood. So make sure that you get this security deposit back when you are actually leaving from that place and when the rent agreement has come to an end. You may not be able to claim the full amount back if you have caused any damages to the property. Your security deposit will then be used to repair those damages and you will be left with the amount that is left from the total after deducting the cost accrued for the damage repair.
