| 2. The promoter of the competition is Intech Credit Union Limited (incorporating Telstra Credit Union) ABN 70 087 650 191 AFSL & ACL 236779 located at Ground Floor, 599 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065. Employees of Intech Credit Union and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter. |
| 3. Entry into the competition is automatic once the member successfully registers to receive e-Statements. All members who were previously subscribed are already eligible and do not need to re-register. All valid entries will be placed in the draw. 4. Members of Intech and Telstra Credit Union have the chance to win a $500 Coles Group & Myer gift card. Total prize value is $500.00 |
| 5. Members must be over 18 years of age to be eligible to enter the competition. |
| 6. The competition commences 9.00 am (AEST) on Monday 26 September 2011 and concludes at 11.59 pm (AEST) on Saturday 31 December 2011. |
| 7. The competition will be drawn manually. The winner will be randomly selected by a lucky draw at Intech Credit Union, 599 Pacific Highway, St Leonards NSW 2065. The draw will take place on Tuesday 03 January 2012 at 1:00pm. |
| 8. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing on Tuesday 03 January 2012. Winner will also be published on Intech Credit Union’s website, www.intechcu.com.au on Tuesday 03 January 2012. The winner will also be announced in the Credit Union’s January e-Newsletter, “e-Intouch”. |
| 9. Prize will be posted to an address as nominated by the winner on Tuesday 03 January 2012. |
| 10. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the redraw will be held on Monday 23 January 2012 at 1:00pm (AEST) at Ground floor, 599 Pacific Highway St Leonards NSW 2065. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by calling and writing on Monday 23 January 2012. |
| 11. The winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter. |
