Allianz has a landlords policy specifically designed to protect your investment property and the belongings you provide for your tenants use.

Allianz Landlords Insurance can be tailored to cover your needs with an optional additional cover for Rent Default and Theft by Tenant which includes:

  • Up to 15 weeks rent to a maximum of $10,000, if your tenant defaults on the rent payment
  • Up to 6 weeks rent to a maximum of $10,000, if your tenant departs from the building without notice or your rental agreement is terminated due to tenant hardship
  • Up to 6 weeks rent to a maximum of $10,000, in the event your sole tenant dies
  • Protection against theft by a tenant
  • Cover for your legal expenses up to $3,000 for rent default or theft by a tenant
