The Credit Union Board has responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of the Credit Union. All Board members are independent of management and are elected by Members on a rotation of every 3 years.

Graeme Smith – Chair
|
Graeme has been a Director since 2002 and was elected Chairperson in 2011. He is currently a member of the Governance, Board Renewal, Executive Remuneration and Growth Committees. Graeme has been a Member of the Credit Union since 1980.

Diane MacLean - Director
|
Diane has been a Director since 1995 and served as Chairperson in 2010 / 2011. She is currently a member of the the Audit, Risk, Governance, Board Renewal and Executive Remuneration Committees. Diane has been a Member of Telstra Credit Union since 1984.

Rodney Chaplin – Director
|
Rodney was appointed Director in 2010 and is a member of the Governance, Board Renewal, Executive Remuneration and Growth Committees. Rodney has been a Member of the Credit Union since 2008.

David Mackay - Director
|
David has been a director since 2005 and is currently a member of the Audit, Risk and Governance Committees. David has been a Member of the Credit Union since 2004.

Dong-Maria Le - Director
|
Dong-Maria was appointed as a Director in 2011 and is now member of the Audit and Risk Committees. Dong-Maria has been a Member of the Credit Union since 2010.

Michael Neary - Director
|
Michael was appointed a Director in 2011 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Jacqueline Thorley - Director
|
Jacqueline was appointed as a Director in 2011 and is a member of the Growth Committee.

Neil Cherry - Associate Director
|
Neil was appointed as an Associate Director in 2011 and is a member of the Growth Committee.
